Once a woman had no baby. She wished for one. She got one.
He was small. Not even a thumb. She called him Tom Thumb.
One day Tom hid in the cart. A thief took him. Tom made a noise.
The thief ran. Tom hid in a mouse hole. The mouse wanted to eat him.
Tom ran. He hid in a shell. A snail tried to eat him.
He ran. He hid in a horse. The horse went to the river.
Tom shouted. The man heard him. He took him home.
Tom was safe. He lived happily ever after.
